This Subscription Policy governs the SME subscription plans offered by BlackBoxNG Logistics.
1. Plan Activation
Subscription plans activate immediately upon successful payment. The validity period begins from the activation date.
2. Pickup Limits
Each plan includes a defined number of pickups. Unused pickups do not roll over to the next period. Once the pickup limit is exhausted, additional bookings are charged at the standard per-delivery rate.
3. Plan Upgrades
You may upgrade to a higher plan at any time. The remaining value of your current plan will be applied as credit toward the upgrade cost.
4. Non-Refundable Plans
Subscription plans are non-refundable after activation. Unused pickups are forfeited at the end of the validity period.
5. Renewals
Plans do not auto-renew. You must manually renew your subscription before or after the validity period expires.
6. Service Coverage
All subscription plans cover deliveries within Lagos state only. Cross-state deliveries are not included.
