We currently operate within Lagos state only. We cover all major areas across the Island, Mainland, and surrounding zones. Deliveries outside Lagos are not available at this time.
Once your delivery is confirmed, you'll receive a tracking ID. Enter it on our Track Delivery page or in the BlackBox app to get live updates on your package's location and status.
We handle general goods, fashion items, accessories, documents, and e-commerce orders. We do not carry perishables, hazardous materials, batteries, chemicals, or items prohibited by law. Not sure? Contact us before booking.
Most intra-Lagos deliveries are completed same-day. Your actual ETA depends on your location, drop-off zone, and time of booking. You'll always see an estimated delivery window before you confirm.
All shipments include basic coverage. For high-value items, we recommend declaring the value at the time of booking so we can apply appropriate coverage. Reach out to our support team for details.
