4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on factors including destination, weather conditions, and package size. Blackbox Logistics will make reasonable efforts to deliver packages within the estimated timeframe.

5. Prohibited Items

The following items are not permitted for shipping through our services:

  • Perishable goods (fresh food, cooked meals, drinks)
  • Hazardous materials (batteries, chemicals, flammable goods, pressurized containers)
  • Restricted goods (e.g., foreign rice, banned imports)
  • Illegal substances or contraband
  • Items exceeding maximum weight limits

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full before or at the time of service. We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as specified on our platform.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by service type. For subscription plans, cancellations made more than 2 hours before pickup will not result in credit deduction. Late cancellations may still count as used credits.

8. Liability

Blackbox Logistics takes reasonable care to ensure the safe delivery of your packages. Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value of the shipment. We recommend insurance coverage for high-value items.

9. Insurance

Optional insurance coverage is available for shipments. Coverage details and pricing can be obtained from our customer support team.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Blackbox Logistics website and platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Blackbox Logistics and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11. Modifications

Blackbox Logistics reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
