Subscription Policy

Terms and conditions for our subscription plans

1. Overview

This Subscription Policy outlines the terms governing Blackbox Logistics's SME delivery subscription plans. By subscribing to any of our plans, you agree to the following terms.

2. Available Plans

Blackbox Logistics offers four subscription tiers:

  • Bronze Plan: ₦50,000 - 20 deliveries, valid for 30 days
  • Silver Plan: ₦100,000 - 42 deliveries, valid for 30 days
  • Gold Plan: ₦200,000 - 87 deliveries, valid for 45 days
  • Platinum Plan: ₦500,000 - 228 deliveries, valid for 90 days

3. Coverage Area

All subscription plans are valid for intra-city deliveries within Lagos only. Interstate and international deliveries are not included and must be booked separately at standard rates.

Excluded Pickup/Delivery Locations: Agbara, Ijedodo, Ajangbadi, Ikorodu, Alagbado outskirts, Ishaga Road, Alagbole, Jankara, Alakuko, Ojo, Awoyaya, Ojodu Berger outskirts, Badagry, Opic, Epe, Sango, Ibeju, Tradefair.

4. Credit System

Each subscription provides a fixed number of delivery credits. One credit equals one package pickup and delivery from your registered pickup location in Lagos. Credits are prepaid and must be used within the plan's validity period.

5. Package Requirements

  • Maximum standard package weight: 3kg (or 250 cubic inches)
  • Overweight packages (up to 15kg max) may incur additional charges
  • Packages exceeding 15kg cannot be picked up

6. Prohibited Items

The following items cannot be shipped using subscription credits:

  • Perishables (fresh food, cooked meals, drinks)
  • Hazardous materials (batteries, chemicals, flammable goods, pressurized containers)
  • Restricted goods (e.g., foreign rice, banned imports)

7. Cancellation Policy

Deliveries cancelled more than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup will not have credits deducted. Late cancellations (within 2 hours of pickup) may still count as used credits.

8. Expiration

Unused credits expire at the end of the plan's validity period and cannot be rolled over, refunded, or transferred to another plan or account.

9. Plan Renewal

Subscription plans do not auto-renew. You must manually subscribe to a new plan when your current plan expires or when you have used all your credits.

10. Priority Support

Priority support is available for Gold and Platinum plan subscribers. Dedicated account managers are exclusively available for Platinum plan subscribers.

11. Changes to Plans

Blackbox Logistics reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, features, and terms. Existing subscriptions will be honored at the rate at which they were purchased.
